The Meaning of Walking 2024

Advocating a Spiritual Direction

The value transmitted between "eyes" and "walking":

The world is a blank canvas, colored in by walking.

"Eyes" represent my power of observation, while "walking" offers opportunities for that observation. Walking allows me to pause, truly seeing the surroundings, whether it's the grandeur of nature or subtle changes in the city. It cultivates our ability to perceive the world, enabling me to experience life more intimately.

"Walking" is not merely a physical mode of movement but also a process of spiritual exploration. Walking, especially aimless wandering, serves as a means of contemplation, meditation, and discovery. It grants me the chance to explore new places, be it urban corners or natural wonders. This exploration fuels curiosity, broadens horizons, and fosters openness and inclusivity within me.

Walking not only colors the world but also paints a picture of life within my heart. It's an activity that connects body, mind, and soul, reminding me to cherish every step, as each may bring new discoveries and insights.

 倡导的精神方向

“眼睛”—“行走”两者之间的传递价值

  世界是空白的，行走描绘出色彩。

"眼睛"代表了我的观察力，而"行走"则提供了观察的机会。行走让我有机会停下脚步，真正看到周围的环境，无论是自然界的壮丽景色还是城市中的细微变化。这是一种培养我们感知世界的能力，使我能够更加细致地体验生活。

"行走"它不仅仅是一种身体上的移动方式，更是一种精神探索的过程。行走，特别是漫无目的的漫步（amble），被视为一种思考、冥想和发现的方式，行走让我有机会探索新的地方，无论是城市的角落还是自然的奇观。这种探索激发了好奇心，拓宽了视野，使我更加开放和包容。

行走不仅描绘出了世界的色彩，更在我心中绘出了生活的画卷。它是一种将身体、心灵和灵魂连接在一起的活动，提醒我要珍惜每一个步伐，因为每一步都可能带来新的发现和启示。
