CMC Markets专栏:央行双降, 股市是否逐步回稳?

​昨日中国沪指再次下滑7.63%，随后中国央行宣布再次下调金融机构人民币贷款和存款基准利率0.25个百分点，金融机构一年期贷款基准利率降至4.6%，一年期存款基准利率降至1.75%；下调金融机构人民币存款准备金率0.5个百分点。这是央行自去年11月份以来第5次下调存贷款利率，年度内第三次下调存款准备金率。央行称，此次再次双降政策旨一是降低社会融资成本以刺激经济增长，支持实体经济的发展；二是促进银行体系合理的流动性，由于人民银行近期调整了人民币兑美元的中间报价机制，降低存款准备金率可以弥补所产生的流动性缺口。新加坡荷兰国际集团亚洲市场研究主席Tim Condon称中国的此番举措是对于经济发展的积极态度，在中国目前明显增速放缓的情况下，能够帮助投资者的焦虑心理。 悉尼安保资本投资有限公司(AMP Capital Investors Ltd. )基金投资策略与管理经理Shane Oliver预测，中国将在今年年底将贷款利率调低至4%。

在当前市场巨幅震荡的情况下，中国央行的双降政策是稳定社会投资情绪与支持实体经济企业发展的有利举措。自去年11月份至今年10月6日，中国沪市大涨112%后时至今日又迅速回落43%。鉴于中国现今对于全球经济的重要影响力，中国股市的巨幅动荡引发全球股市对于市场的担忧，结合当前全球经济增速放缓的整体形势，前日美股出现前所未有的大幅下滑，昨日仍旧延续下行态势。中国再次双降，不仅对中国自身经济，对于稳定全球市场投资情绪与长期的持续发展也将起到重要作用。投资者在等待积极的信号以进行其下一步的投资策略部署。昨日亚洲股市与欧洲股市除日经指数继续下行3.96%之外，各版块走势逐步出现企稳状态。由于对于美国加息的担忧，美国股市仍持续下行，将有望向下继续回探其合理的调整区间。
