WHITECLIFFE IMPORTS is looking for a bright and motivated FULL-TIME Customer
Service administration assistant to join our Melbourne office based in Richmond VIC

The successful applicant for this role will be:
• An outgoing personality is important as well as an ability to manage a variety of different tasks.
• Confident in both a showroom and administrative environment
• Capable of multi-tasking and have excellent time management skills.
The Role
• Managing our showroom.
• Managing customer service and customer enquiries (both in showroom and
email/digital).
• General office duties.
• Attending to all customers in a professional and polite manner.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• General typing skills.
• Polite, friendly, and professional disposition
• Computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written) and strong English-
speaking skills.
