Job Description
We are seeking motivated Mortgage Brokers to join our expanding team. Whether you are experienced or just starting, this role offers the perfect opportunity to develop a thriving business. You will guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice on lending solutions from Australia's top financial institutions.
Note: This is a commission-based role offering a rewarding pathway for building your own business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert mortgage advice and recommend loan options tailored to clients’ financial needs.
2. Assist clients throughout the loan application process, including documentation and liaising with lenders.
3. Negotiate competitive loan terms and rates with banks and financial institutions.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and ongoing support.
5. Stay informed about the latest mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
6. Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
1. Preferred: 1-2 years of experience as a mortgage broker, or in lending/real estate (highly desirable).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
3. Ability to assess financial situations and deliver tailored mortgage solutions.
4. Sound understanding of Australian lending policies and mortgage products.
5. Excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and time management.
6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or a background in finance/accounting are preferred.

• 通过卓越的服务和持续的支持建立并维持牢固的客户关系。
• 随时了解最新的抵押贷款产品、行业趋势和监管变化。
• 达到或超过销售目标，同时为团队的整体成功做出贡献
应聘要求
• 优先考虑具有 1-2 年抵押贷款经纪人banker或贷款/房地产行业从业经验。
• 具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力，以客户为先。
• 能够评估财务状况并提供量身定制的抵押贷款解决方案。
• 对澳大利亚贷款政策和抵押贷款产品有深入的了解。
• 出色的communication skills、对细节的关注以及close deal 的能力。
• 积极主动，能够独立工作和团队合作, 配合公司平台发展。
