I am building a property investment business, a high-performance coaching career and scaling an e-commerce business. To execute all these at a high level, I need a high-performance-driven, entrepreneurial-minded Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
This is not a typical admin role—I need someone who can:
✔️ Keep me accountable and ensure I stay on track with my goals.
✔️ Help financials & numbers—understanding cash flow, business finances, and property investment cooridnation
✔️ Be my thought partner—bouncing ideas, problem-solving, and challenging me when needed.
✔️ Act as my life & business integrator—bringing structure and execution to my vision.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accountability & Goal Execution
• Keep me accountable for my business, property investment, and coaching goals.
• Ensure I execute high-priority tasks with minimal distractions.
• Organize and systematize my workflow for peak productivity.
2. Financial & Investment Oversight
• Track my personal cash flow, expenses, and profitability
• Help analyze property investment opportunities, ROI, and deal structures.
• Work with accountants to manage financial clarity.
3. Business & Brand Growth
• Assist in scaling e-commerce brands, property investments, and high-performance coaching career
• Conduct research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
• Support with personal branding—helping manage content, social media, and positioning.
• Coordinate with teams (marketing, sales, finance, operations) to align execution for products and help with needed area
4. Operations & Strategic Execution
• Identify and optimize processes to increase efficiency.
• Help systemize repetitive tasks using automation or delegation.
• Oversee hiring, team coordination, and talent management where needed.
• Be proactive in solving problems and eliminating bottlenecks.
