Junior Telecommunications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of internet and network services.
- Support the implementation of PBX and VoIP voice systems for business clients.
- Help configure and maintain Microsoft 365 accounts and user environments.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide cybersecurity support.
- Assist in cloud computing infrastructure setup and user support.
- Respond to technical support requests and document solutions.

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or IT support roles.
- Basic knowledge of internet networking, VoIP systems, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Existing client network or industry contacts are highly valued.
